OUR PHILOSOPHY:

 

Pass the Crayon is dependent on the contribution of people willing to support the work that the organization is doing. Since 2015, we can rely on the commitment and involvement of hundreds of volunteers, without whom none of our success and our achievements would have been possible.

 

At Pass the Crayon, we deeply believe in the transformative power of individuals and we are always happy to welcome new motivated members to our different working groups. Our founders believe in a flexible, inclusive, empowering and non-discriminatory working environment, where they recognize and give credit to the work and talent of each collaborator. It means that the organization places trust in each of its collaborators and gives them the possibility to manage their time and duties freely and that everyone will take responsibility for their actions.
